Money ADHD = 😭 💸 The ADHD Tax! This is the term folks use for the hidden costs of living with ADHD. These are both financial— as in money management, speeding tickets, costs associated with missed deadlines, rotten groceries, late fees, library fines… And emotional/energetic, as in damaged relationships, time spent doing tasks NT folks do much more easily, worries about things… it’s a long list.
