The Washington Commanders ruled out newly acquired cornerback Marshon Lattimore for Sunday's home game against the Pittsburgh Steelers because of a hamstring injury. Commanders coach Dan Quinn made the announcement Friday after Lattimore -- obtained from the New Orleans Saints at the league trade deadline on Tuesday for three draft picks -- didn't practice all week.
