Packers guard Sean Rhyan missed out on a hefty pay raise in the most brutal way possible. Two snaps. If Rhyan had played just two more snaps at any point through his first three seasons in Green Bay, he would have raised his salary by a whopping $2 million.
ESPN's Rob Demovsky reported that Rhyan was two snaps away from playing in 35 percent of the Packers' offense snaps between 2022 and 2024. That's the mark, specified in the CBA, which would have earned him a performance escalator bonus of $2,042,429.
