Wichita Superintendent Kelly Bielefeld will discuss the almost 50-50 unofficial outcome of the school bond vote.

Tuesday is Election Day for the Wichita Public Schools’ bond issue. Voters are deciding whether to support the district’s request for $450 million to address learning and facility needs. If approved, the 20-year bond will be funded through a portion of the property tax bill, maintaining the rate established by the 2008 bond.
