Reliance Industries, owned by Mukesh Ambani, plans to build the world’s largest data center in Jamnagar, Gujarat, as part of its AI push in India. Ambani is also procuring AI semiconductors from Nvidia, with both companies collaborating on AI infrastructure development.

The new data center in Jamnagar will be a technological powerhouse, providing the necessary infrastructure to support AI applications and innovations not just in India, but across the world.

Reliance has also partnered with Nvidia to build AI infrastructure in India, with the company reportedly purchasing chips from Nvidia for the Jamnagar project. The collaboration was first announced in October.
