With the NFL schedule fully unveiled on Wednesday night, plenty of marquee matchups have already been leaked, and more will follow before each team knows the entirety of their 2025-26 season schedule.

No team will have a more arduous travel schedule during the 2025 NFL regular season than the Los Angeles Chargers. The Chargers top the chart tabulated by Bookies.com's Bills Speros with a total travel distance of 37,086 miles, beating out the Los Angeles Rams and their total mileage of 34,832.

The Steelers finished second in the AFC North in 2024, meaning they will play a second-place schedule in the 2025 season. That gave them the draw of the Seattle Seahawks, Indianapolis Colts, and Los Angeles Chargers for the open holes on their schedule as unique opponents compared to the rest of the AFC North.

The Chargers will travel nearly five times farther than the Bengals in 2025, because it's rough in the NFL for a West Coast team.

The game in Ireland is reported to be against the Minnesota Vikings and we are predicting it'll happen in Week Four of the regular season. As is tradition, the Steelers will once again be on the road to begin the 2025 NFL season.
