Hello. The capital of Bequia is Port Elizabeth not Kingstown (which is on St Vincent). If you are visiting Bequia then Princess Margaret beach is about 15 minutes gentle walk from the town.

You can hire taxis at the ferry dock. It's an easy walk thru town, vendors have their wares up for sale all around. The taxi will take you all around the island. If the weather is nice and your adventurous take the truck/taxi where you sit in the back and take in the views.
